Swaptions Advisory LLP is a professional advisory firm in Hyderabad. We handle audit, tax, GST and compliance on one side and capital markets, treasury and transactions on the other. Most of our clients work with us on both.
Our Story
A founder running a growing business has tax issues, audit deadlines, MIS reporting needs and a surplus to deploy. None of these are really separate problems, but most clients end up with two or three different advisors for them.
We started Swaptions to keep all of it under one roof. One side handles incorporation, audit, income tax and GST. The other handles markets, treasury and transactions. The automation we built for our own work (audit workpapers, ITR computation, MIS packs, the ARIA trading stack) runs across both.
We keep the client list small on purpose. The same partners stay on the engagement year after year. No "we'll send a junior" on work that matters.

Chartered accountant in practice, focused on bringing institutional-grade automation to advisory and statutory work. Dinesh designed and built the firm's automation stack, covering audit workpapers, ITR computation, Schedule III financials, and the proprietary ARIA algo trading platform now in supervised pilot. His advisory work centres on direct taxes, derivatives and treasury structuring, with policy frameworks that sit above active capital decisions.
Chartered accountant and Overseas Associate at Swaptions Advisory. Rishabh anchors the firm's international footprint, supporting cross-border mandates, NRI advisory, and overseas structuring for clients with global exposure.
